The company was founded in 1985 in Canaletti di Budrio, thanks to the commitment of the Bentivogli brothers: Piero, Paolo, Emilio, and Iside. From the very beginning, they combined their skills with the goal of establishing themselves in the rubber industry. The early days were challenging: they worked hard to consolidate the experience already gained in the sector, applying their prior knowledge of chemistry and rubber processing. But those were also exciting years, when everything was yet to be built.

In 1999, the company certified its Quality Management System, a certification it still maintains to this day, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

To affirm this growth, in 2005, the company received the “Best Performing Companies” award, confirming its constant commitment to providing customers with state-of-the-art products in the rubber industry.

In 2024, the company obtained certification for its Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
